Compass of Zen: the Mahayana part 2

$15.00Over Zoom. With Zen Master Bon Hae (Judy Roitman), based on student discussion. We will discuss the following chapters in The Compass of Zen by Zen Master Seung Sahn: The Hua-yen (Avatamsaka) Sutra, The Song of Dharma Nature, The View of Mind-Only and Karma, Karma, and The Six Paramitas. $15 requested, contact us if you need the fee waived. Enrollment is limited. Each attendee will be asked to speak for three minutes: what in the reading struck you? what questions to you have? And you don’t have to have attended part 1 in order to attend.

Publicly available class readings will be announced in the class description. Other notes will be sent to participants before the class.
Retreat schedules and information will be sent to participants the day before the retreat.

Retreats vary in price depending on the length of the retreat. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
