Compass of Zen Class, Part 1

With Zen Master Bon Hae (Judy Roitman). On Zoom. This class will be based on the chapters The Purposes of Buddhism, The Divisions of Buddhism, and The Structure of Buddhism from the Compass of Zen by Zen Master Seung Sahn, and is the first class of an eight-part series. It will be based on discussion by the participants: what struck you in the reading? what questions do you have? This class will not be recorded, and in order to give everyone an opportunity to speak, it will be limited to 12 people. $10 requested; let us know if you need the fee waived. Registration for this class is closed.

Kansas Zen Center Event Information

For those joining on Zoom, sign-in registration will be sent before the event.

Publicly available class readings will be announced in the class description. Other notes will be sent to participants before the class.

Retreat schedules and information will be sent to participants the day before the retreat.

Retreats vary in price depending on the length of the retreat. No one will be turned away for lack of funds. If you need retreat fees waived or modified, email us at kansaszencenter@gmail.com before registration.
